Any person or persons that use this website to publish content / articles / images are called authors / writers hereon.

These are the terms of service that are applicable to authors / writers that wish to publish their articles on www.articlexperts.com. If you have any questions regarding these points please view our FAQ section or send us your questions via email to support -at- articlesxpert.com.

1. Use your REAL first & last name during registrations. Starting 01-DEC-2010 our editors will be evaluating old and new signups for names & author images.
2. We reserve the right to select only authors / writers who have provided their full name to be featured on the homepage and author listings.
3. Article submission to ArticlesXpert is free.
4. Submitting your articles would also mean that any webmaster, publisher, or editor may re-print your article(s) subject to the basic publisher terms and conditions outlined on this site.
5. You agree that you are the author and own 100% of the articles you submit.
6. There are no guarantees that your article will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is the sole discretion of ArticlesXpert.com whether or not to include your article. If published, we reserve the right to remove any article at any time.
7. We also reserve the right to re-categorize your article if we feel that it has been incorrectly categorized.
8. We also reserve the right to remove any unnecessary formatting in your article/s that we think does not go with the theme and formatting of the whole website.
9. Submitting your articles to ArticlesXpert.com means that you agree to give us full and unconditional permission to publish your article at www.articlesxpert.com, our RSS feeds and our periodic newsletters.
10. You agree that ArticlesXpert.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for publishing your article to our sites.
11. We keep ArticlesXpert.com services free by accepting funding in lieu of advertisements to keep the service alive. We reserve the right to post any advertisements on any of your article pages.
12. We will not proofread your articles but we will still reserve the right to correct any spelling or grammatical mistakes that we find. These corrections will be on a non-regular basis.
13. ArticlesXpert.com does not guarantee as to how many times your article(s) can be reprinted or viewed by the public.
14. If an article is proven to be plagiarized, we reserve the right to delete the article without any questions asked.
