Give Proper Value to True Leadership to Achieve Growth

When selecting leaders, the team often takes wrong decisions. Many people finalize leaders by their personal achievements or appearance or even commanding nature. But they forget to consider one key aspect. They often don't consider about the selected leader's contribution towards the team as a whole. True leadership is a sublime quality of human beings. Without this guiding light, we would not have enjoyed many grand feats. Take the example of any grand leader, you will see that he/she has saved the society from major troubles or helped the people to reach certain heights. On the war fronts, true leaders motivate their fellow soldiers, not by words, but by works. During food crisis, they do not back away from sharing their own ration with comrades.

True leadership covers a wide variety of key qualities. True leaders never compromise with team's performance. They give more value to company's identity rather than personal feats. With keen focus on integrity and dedication, they take out their teams from dangers. Humility and keeping cool under pressure help them to become the true saviors of their teams. Take the example of Diego Maradona. He charmed the crowd, not only by his personal skills, but also with his quality to motivate his team. Abraham Lincoln won the hearts of his countrymen at a time, when America was in the grip of civil war. True leadership quality takes a small company to reach new heights. Bill Gates was an ordinary student. But with his inner qualities he established one of the leading companies of the world.

The task is quite difficult to pick a true leader. We must arm ourselves to select a true leader to carry ourselves forward. There are persons who can easily charm the audience with the verbal power. But inwardly he may be a coward. False leaders find the escape routes during dangers. They are opportunistic. Any democratic society always pays proper tributes to true leadership qualities. Management schools impart training to their students to become smart and true leaders in future organizations. Leaders can make or break a company. There are companies like HP, IBM, Microsoft, Tata or other long-existing companies who have witnessed many downs but have not lost their hearts. They have relied on their leaders to come out of downsizes.

Nowadays, major companies invest a certain portion of their budgets to build future leaders. They properly some of their employees to become messiahs of the organizations. Companies suffer a lot, when they cannot distinguish between excellent captains and opportunistic guys. Hitler attained a godly stature in his own country by taking some faulty policies. But his destructive steps, pulled down his country. Companies are not made of excellent infrastructure facilities only, they also consist human souls. Without proper leadership, they cannot get the lifeblood. Leaders are highly respectable persons. They should possess the additional qualities to desire their respect.
