But if stress sustain's for long, it invites major diseases, like high blood pressure, the immune system gets suppressed, the risk of heart attack. It may be the cause of sleeping disorder.
Every problem has cure, which includes stress. Stress is more of a psychological problem than physical. You need strong determination and positive attitude.

1. Supportive friends - If make your life happy and meaningful, Friends are the way!!!. True Friendship is the perfect medicine for stress. They can help you in decreasing your stress.
2. Believe on your own - Life is other name of up and down. When you feel let-down, wait for the right time and don’t loose hope.
3.Tackle everything practically-Always find the solution in a practical way. Think less emotionally, you will rise to a point when you realize what you are.
4. Your abilities - You can loose everything but your knowledge cannot be underestimated by anyone else. Believe in your abilities and qualities!
Make strong relationship - A strong relationship with your partner is good medicine for stress. Spend time with your partner and family members.Family members will always support us through the tough times.
Tips which helps to make your relationship stronger:
1. Go for Dinner or evening walk with your partner.
2. Maintain regular contact with your partner and let your partner realize that you are always there when the need arises.
3. Go for a long drive
4. Take a dance class or join a club.
5. Move out from stress is not easy task but those tips which written above is helpful in controlling the impact of stress. Stress is not directly impact of any disease but its impacts shows in indirect way.
