I absolutely agree. New York is the best place to live, it's has a lot of opportunities to offer, besides it's a wonderful city. 70 % of people I know, told me that living in a New York Condo is a beautiful experience. The Real Estate market in New York is growing and going great because of the fame that the place is getting. I've lived in a New York Condo since I was 6 years old, to be honest, the Economy wasn't good in those years, but I come from a prestigious family and I had the opportunity of living here when nobody else could and with the passage of time I realized that the Economy is doing better and it's getting easier for everyone to be able to live in a New York Condo as well. There's a huge demand for New York Condos, and the market offers a huge variety of prices. Honestly, it makes me very happy. I hope that people take advantage of this great opportunity at this time.
I still live with my parents, but I'm awaiting on the construction of a new condo close to here, that will be my next home. Since I was 17 I'm waiting anxious for my independence, I have the chance now and I will take it. I think there's a chance for everyone out there, you just have to find it.
