Martin Simich On Marketing With Myspace

Marketing on MySpace is probably one of the most useful and powerful ways to leverage your communication with your target audience. It gives you the chance to access social media and leverage your communication and contact with your clients in a way that has never been seen before. Instead of using the normal means to communicate where your audience only has the option to read and view what you have to say, now they can interact with you and give you direct feedback. Your interaction with clients has double the value for your clients than subjecting them to billboards and radio ads. What that means is you are now going to be pro-active when you handle your clients, and the best part about it is that it costs a fraction of the price to get it right. Sure it takes a lot of effort to make it work, but once you have the subscriber base you need to keep it working for you then you can give up on your other media channels and focus primarily on the social medium.

Personally my own experience with social media has been an interesting experience from day one. I have set up just about every account under Martin Simich that you can think of and I try to use all of them to build a good name for myself on the net. I stay in contact with all the people that are listed under my accounts and I try to offer them something interesting to read on a regular basis. Finding cool stuff to post on your sites means that you will need to spend a bit of time searching the net looking for juicy goods to keep them all coming back. The thing you need to keep in mind here is that it takes time to run and manage how your accounts run. If you don’t have the time to keep it running then you won’t be able to keep the audience you need to make it work and you will most likely lose all the people that you are keeping contact with. If that ‘s the case then you will need to get someone to help out with running the accounts or you will need to switch back to your regular advertising mediums.

If you are going t be spending money on the billboards and radio ads, then you may as well spend the money on getting someone to manage your social media accounts. If you have the money to do both, then you increase your reach quite substantially.
