Vitamin D: If you want to maintain healthy teeth, nails and bones, vitamin D can be an ally. It also helps fight acne and promotes a healthy heart, nerves and skin. Find it in bone meal, cottage cheese, eggs, fish, fruit, milk and various vegetables.
