In the last article we read about certain baby shower exclusions in the theme, baby shower invitations and baby shower games. Now read more on other aspects.
Inviting men’s too?
Earlier baby shower was considered as a festival only for ladies and no male member was allowed to attend a baby shower party, they just used to hold the arrangement making part but now trends have changed. Male members also find it exciting to participate in such a precious occasion where they are celebrating for someone yet to come. So if your husband is interested to be with you in the party make a couple baby shower invitation and do inform your guest about the presence of both male and females in the party so that everyone comes with their families and not individually. Try to think of the games and food that both men and women would like. Arranging the snacks and drinks will have to be done keeping in mind the male preferences too. Do not add any such game which men’s may find cutesy that they may not like.
Holding a second baby shower
If planning to hold a second baby shower do take a look at your guest list. Avoid sending baby shower photo invitations to repeated guests which are not too close or have attended baby showers earlier. Instead limit it to close friends and family members because some people may think of you as greedy to hold more than one baby shower, so try keeping it small with your closed ones. As you may have already received necessary gifts in the first baby shower, you can also send your guests notes mentioning not to bring so and so gift and instead if they can manage to pool in for a big one to avoid duplications.
Thank you cards
Baby shower photo invitations is as important as giving thank you card. In the party attend every guest by paying personal attention as they have taken out their precious time for your celebration. Ask them to participate in the games and you may also help them in serving food. While escorting the guests do not forget to thanks them for their presence. To make them feel their presence was cherished send them thank you cards for sure. Every person will bring a different gift so you can make your thank you card more personalised by adding a note mentioning how much you liked their gift. You can ask someone to note down the name of the person and his gift and what personal message you can write up.
