This situation consistently amazes me and can destroy any business in new york that doesn’t understand or accept a simple concept. As a web designer ny, I have witnessed as well as experienced so many tragic results from the misunderstanding between project fee and schedule/fee.
The reason for extension fee on web design projects has only 1. The major reason is if extending the time involved, it is also extending the work involved, also extending the person’s time and work involved.
