When you are on a weight loss diet, remember to remove pasta from your diet. Pasta is your regular carbohydrate but when mixed with the dressing like cream and cheese you end up with a high fat diet. We tend to have pasta generally for dinner, thus our body doesn’t get time to burn it off.
White Bread
White bread is high in carbohydrates. It is worst than any other type of bread because making white bread includes a lot of sugar, salt and preservatives. It does not have a lot of nutrition so getting rid of it wont be hard. If you need to use bread in your meal try switching white bread with a more healthy option like whole meal bread, brown bread.
Fried
We all love fried food, in meals or snacks. But what we need to understand is that we need to be careful from fried food all the time even if someone is not trying to loose weight it is a healthy option. Fried food or chips have a high content of saturated fat, salt and sugar which will hamper your weight loss plan and lead to a lot of health problems like heart problems. So be careful even of packed fried chips and biscuits that also include the same amount of oil, salt and sugar.
Sodas
Soft drinks like coke and others sugar based sodas are full of calories that you purposely intake. If you think you are going to the gym and can afford to have a can of coke, don’t make that mistake. It takes a very long time to burn out one can of calories. so think about you body, your hips and butt will look better and your teeth will remain much healthy.
Alcohol
Well I know it is very hard to completely stop drinking, especially when you have to socialize and like me I am sure most of you are party animals. Alcohol contains a lot of calories and not to forget the cocktails which requires a lot of sugar. So next time you have a drink at a party or even at home, remember to keep a check on the amount you consume. It will all add up because we all tend to combine alcohol with junk food, thus you end up with unwanted calories not only from alcohol but also junk food.
Deli Meats
We generally tend to have a high protein based diet in order to loose weight. But most of us don’t know that the deli meats like, deli ham is not very nutritious and are not fresh. They are not a very good source of protein; they are full of sugar and preservatives. That is how these stay fresh for so long on a deli fridge. If you have this in you daily meal you can say good bye to your diet program.
